Erika joins us at Formidable following a role with Stitch Fix. She taught herself React JavaScript as a Ruby-on-Rails engineer before joining our team and is inspired by self-directed learning. Erika is community-oriented and loves the JavaScript community, hoping to become more involved as her career evolves. She’s also a yoga instructor who builds community and connection through movement. Erika credits making the leap from one technical ecosystem to another as a major career milestone, broadening her perspective of programming as a whole and giving her the space to cultivate her interests within it.
